Shipping and returns
Orders placed on MAD INDUSTRIES can be shipped from Monday to Friday, orders sent before 11.00 for the same day, or orders arriving after 11.00 will be shipped by 12.00 the following day.
All shipping options available for your order and destination will be visible at checkout.
Signature is required for all orders, therefore delivery to PO Boxes and similar is not currently available.
But if you prefer to have the deposit held in the Bartolini warehouse closest to you, you can write it in the order notes at checkout and we will proceed to send you the necessary information.

• Italy: 2 to 4 working days. Exception for Calabria and Islands: From 3 to 5 working days.

* The times indicated are to be considered indicative. During the months of August and December, customer service and shipping times may take longer than usual.
Replacement of purchased products
We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date.
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
1. Items must be returned intact and unused, with tags still intact and attached, and the original packaging included.
2. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging and protective cases (if applicable) and placed inside a shipping box.
3. When trying on the shoes, please do not damage the sole or damage the box.
4. Beauty products must be returned closed and unused, with seals and any packaging intact.
5. Socks, underwear and swimwear must be returned with the protective hygiene labels still attached and, where applicable, in unopened and undamaged packaging.
6. Lingerie and swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. We do not accept returns on items that are worn or show signs of use.
7. Jewelery items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original packaging and with all the documents provided.
8. Because items are created to specifications, made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
9. Some beauty products containing hazardous or flammable materials (for example, fragrances, spray containers, essential oils, acidic ingredients, self-tanning lotions, nail polishes and solvents) may pose risks when stored, handled or transported. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns. For any questions, contact us at customer service.
10. Please take extra care when trying on your products, so that you can return them in the same condition you received them. Returns that do not meet our conditions will not be accepted.
You can make a return for exchange or refund of one or more items purchased within 14 days from the order delivery date.
All returned items are inspected by the MAD INDUSTRIES team and must comply with all parameters. MAD INDUSTRIES reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in our return policy.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns lacking identifiers and tracking.

1. Put the goods back in the original packaging.
2. Insert the completed return form inside the package containing the goods to be returned.
3. Apply the waybill provided by the courier to the package (keep and send the tracking number relating to your order number for the return request to firstname.lastname@example.org).

If you have found an irregularity in the order received (defective product, item different from the one ordered) send an email to email@example.com following these instructions:
1. Indicate the order number and the problem encountered (UNSUCCESSFUL PRODUCT / WRONG ORDER NUMBER ___) in the subject of the email. 2. Describe the irregularity in the body of the email.
3. Provide a phone number to reach you on.
4. Attach clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect product.
You will be contacted within 24/48h by one of our operators to solve the problem and to organize the collection of the non-compliant item via our courier. Once the date and place of collection have been established, a waybill will be sent via e-mail containing the shipment tracking number, which you will need to print and apply to the package before handing it over to the courier.
